Dr. Lane gives time and support during pregnancy complications for patient

When Sarah Kellner relocated to Colorado, she was looking for an OBGYN for regular checkups, and a co-worker recommended Dr. Lara Lane, claiming that she was the best doctor that she ever had.

For years before having children, Sarah saw Dr. Lane annually for her women’s care checkups. When she started having kids, she chose Dr. Lane to deliver them both.

When Sarah was pregnant with her son, she received some troubling test results. Dr. Lane called her directly to discuss the next steps and had already made an appointment with a specialist for the next day.

“Dr. Lane was so easy to talk to, and she was a doctor who really spent time with you during appointments. She wouldn’t just pop in and pop out like many other doctors that I have seen,” said Sarah. “If there was ever an issue or an inconsistent test result she called me directly.”

When it was time to deliver, Dr. Lane was waiting at the hospital for Sarah and had everything set up and ready to go. When unexpected complications required a cesarean section, Dr. Lane was right there with Sarah and explained every step to her in detail.

“Dr. Lane really takes the time to talk to you and get to know you. She made both my husband and me very comfortable through the whole process,” said Sarah. “It was really important to me to have someone that I was comfortable with during and after pregnancy.”
