Patient Resources

At HCA HealthONE Physicians, we aim to provide a comfortable, efficient visit in a friendly, caring environment. We strive to accommodate all of your needs to the best of our ability. To help us help you, please review our policies.

Your patient experience

We want you to feel supported before and after your appointment. Read on for helpful information about things like refill requests, cancellations and insurance.

Arriving for your appointment

For your first appointment, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download and print the forms from each practice's website and complete them prior to your appointment.

If it is not your first appointment, or you have already filled out your forms, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Please bring with you all completed forms, a list of all current medications, recent copies of X-rays or lab results, as well as your insurance card.

After-hours and emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately. For minor injuries and illnesses, we provide after-hours services through our partnership with CareNow® urgent care.

Our trusted providers offer immediate treatments for many conditions, including allergies, ear infections, strep throat and minor burns. Our clinics are open seven days a week with extended hours. For more information, please visit our CareNow® after-hours urgent care page.

If you need after-hours advice for a medical concern that is not an emergency, please call the closest office and our answering service will assist you.

Billing information

Your co-payment and past-due account balance is due at the time of service. For these, we accept checks, debit cards and all major credit cards. You can access your records and billing summaries via our Health Portal.

If you need help setting up Health Portal, please access the physician practice Health Portal troubleshooting video. For more information on how to manage your health with Health Portal, please visit our Health Portal page.

Cancellations or rescheduling

To better serve your needs, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.
