When you come to us with a gynecological issue, we listen carefully. We'll present all options to you, including lifestyle modifications, medication, an in-office procedure or minimally invasive surgery (including robotic surgery). Our dedicated doctors will also help you understand treatments so you can make an informed decision and take charge of your health.

Our gynecological services address:

  • Abnormal bleeding
  • Abnormal Pap and human papillomavirus (HPV)
  • Cramps or pelvic pain
  • Cycle irregularities
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vaginal infections

Laser treatment for vaginal rejuvenation

A common side effect of menopause is vaginal atrophy, also called genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) or atrophic vaginitis. Lower levels of estrogen thin the lining of your vagina, creating painful vaginal dryness and discomfort during sexual intimacy.

Our team addresses this condition with an in-office procedure known as vaginal rejuvenation, which is designed to treat GSM. This carbon dioxide fractional laser therapy is a noninvasive treatment that heals the tissue lining your vagina, restoring moisture in the process. The procedure itself is simple, consisting of three treatments in six-week increments. It's typically painless, and most women report experiencing only a feeling of slight vibration as we apply the laser.

Hormone pellet therapy

Hormone production naturally declines as you age, and you might find that your hormone levels are imbalanced. This can happen as early as your thirties. If you're having difficulty with your energy levels, mood, sleep, weight loss, mental clarity or libido, hormone pellet therapy might be an option to help regain balance in your hormones.

Our team addresses this issue by doing a comprehensive test of your hormone levels. We then can use this information to prescribe the appropriate hormone pellet, which is inserted subcutaneously (under your skin) in the upper buttocks during an office visit. The pellet will release the hormone, relieving symptoms and restoring your hormone level balance. Pellets get absorbed by your body and are usually replaced several times a year, depending on your individual needs.

Menopause management

Just as your childbearing years require concentrated medical care, so does menopause. Often misunderstood, menopause is a natural part of your life, and our specialists excel at guiding you through it. Our management services include menopause lifecycle care and natural treatments.

Obstetrics services

Planning and growing a family is exciting, and we're honored to support you during these special times. Your care might begin before your first positive pregnancy test, as we offer preconception planning and fertility care to help start you on the right foot for your pregnancy journey.

Our obstetrics program includes:

  • Childbirth
  • Fertility care
  • Infertility support

Midwifery

Midwives offer a holistic, flexible approach to pregnancy care. Although they have different qualifications than our medical doctors and advanced providers, they bring special skills and innovative, evidence-based care to your treatment. The services a midwife can provide depend on whether or not they're certified. These services might include prenatal appointments, prenatal bloodwork, ultrasounds, routine pregnancy monitoring and assisting in unmedicated childbirth and postpartum care.

Our midwifery program includes:

  • Family planning
  • Labor and delivery
  • Women's health care
