Rhonda is a native of Colorado. She earned bachelor degrees in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology and Kinesiology from the University of Colorado. She graduated in 1993 and then worked as a surgical technologist at the University of Colorado Hospital until being accepted to Physician Assistant School at Red Rocks Community College concurrently with work at Francis University, Pennsylvania.
