Tyler Holm, PA-C

Tyler was born and raised in Rocklin, California (just outside of Sacramento). He moved to San Diego for his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University where he received his bachelor’s in Kinesiology. After receiving his B.S. at SDSU, he attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA for his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
