Ian Milligan is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric cardiologist known for his calm, thorough bedside manner and clinical expertise.
Dr. Milligan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, in Boulder, CO and his medical degree from the Saint Louis School of Medicine in Saint Louis, MO. He went on to complete an internship and residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI, followed by a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Emor
